As a condition for accessing and using the features of the LABPOC Portal, which include access to news, request and results of exams, among others, You declare that you have read the rules of this document completely and carefully, being fully aware and in agreement with them.

When using the LABPOC Portal, in order to access certain features, information may be required and validation and verification procedures may be carried out, in order to maintain security and confidentiality in the use of the LABPOC Portal. 1 - FUNCTIONALITIES OF THE LABPOC PORTAL

• 2.3.2 Administrative Access. The LABPOC Portal has an area dedicated exclusively to managing orders placed by its customers. Only LABPOC employees have access to this platform.
• 2.3.3 We may refuse, not approve, cancel or limit any requests for access to the restricted area if You do not provide the correct data. The same will apply when using the LABPOC Portal, if it is used fraudulently, as well as if you try or violate these Terms, or any legislation in force.
• 2.4 Registration data confidentiality. You must maintain the confidentiality of your Access Account data, if you suspect that the confidentiality of your password has been violated, you must proceed with its change or update as soon as possible, communicating to LABPOC through the Service Channels, so that they can be appropriate measures have been taken, when applicable.

3 - CONTENT, SUBMITTED DATA AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4 - DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

• 4.1 Availability of the LABPOC Portal. LABPOC makes every effort to maintain the continuous and permanent availability of the LABPOC Portal. • 7.7 Applicable law and venue. These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with Brazilian legislation, in the Portuguese language, and the forum of your domicile will be chosen to settle any dispute involving this document, except for a specific exception of personal, territorial or functional competence by the applicable legislation.
• 7.7.1 If you do not have a domicile in Brazil and because the services offered by LABPOC are aimed at the national territory, you are subject to Brazilian legislation, therefore agreeing that if there is a dispute to be resolved, the action must be filed in the Judicial District Court. of Pinhais, State of Paraná.
